LearnCAx is a registered brand owned by Centre for Computational Technologies (P) Ltd. Before placing your order, please read through these Terms of Use for the LearnCAx online purchase. The following Terms, together with our Website Use Terms apply to your access and use of our online purchase and the supply of courses and other services via online purchase. By ordering course from our online shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Order

You must register with our website to be able to make online purchase of courses and other services. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion. When you order courses and services from this site, we treat this as an offer from you to purchase such courses and services. We may refuse to accept such orders for any number of reasons - such as a failure to meet credit check criteria, unavailability of products or services, product or pricing errors.

On receipt of your order we'll send you an email describing the products and services you've ordered. These communications confirm we've received your order, but don't represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We're not legally obliged to provide the products and services to you during the offer process. Payment

Unless and until approved by LearnCAx, or not applicable for any payment offer, you need to do full payment for your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. There are many easy and secure payment methods that you can select from. Large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on key details before we proceed to fill the order. In this event, we will contact you. In some cases this may delay your courses and other services access by short period.

  • Your payment will normally reach the LearnCAx account to which you are making a payment within 3 working days.
  • We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct LearnCAx account due to you quoting incorrect details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
  • If the card supplier declines payment, LearnCAx is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

Refund and Cancellation

Payment refund may arise in following situations:

  • You change your mind and decide not to attend the course or use the services that you have purchased.
  • LearnCAx decides not to offer the courses or services to you even after payment is received
  • Any other undefined situations which demands for refund

LearnCAx has a complete right to decide if refund needs to be done or not. In case, if LearnCAx agrees to do the refund, the refund method would depend on the method you have used during purchase and we have all the rights to select refund method comfortable to us. The amount refunded would be payment received, less delivery charges (if any) and applicable taxes and duties, at our discretion. The buyer might be charged for the services they have taken till refund date including guidance provided during course selection and time spent on answering the queries.

We do not offer any kind of order cancellations. However, you can chose to withdraw our services and get de-activated from them as per your discretion, at any point of time. These product(s) (including any material(s) given with the product) are licensed to use for an specific individual subscribing/purchasing it/them. These product(s) are:

  • Non-distributable
  • Not permitted for downloading, or any activity/es involving piracy
  • Not permitted for use in mass learning*
  • Not permitted for disclosure in public*
  • Not permitted for any commercial purpose(s)*
