QUESTION: Simulation of "frying Kadhai"

Hello,
I am trying to CFD analysis of "Kadhai" which is used for frying potato chips, bhaji,sev etc. palm oil is used for frying (temp-180 deg. cent.). oil is being heated with hot flue gases (temp - 1100 deg cent.). arrangement has been made for placing kadhai. Boundary conditions i am givig are as follows.
Flue gas in - mass flow
flue gas out - pressure out
Ht wall - convection ht coeff(200 w/m2K) and temp.

I am not getting proper results. can anyone help me with boundary conditions? i am attaching geometry.

Really Interesting Query!!
What is the Objective of the analysis. Expected output from CFD? Is it to find the outlet temperature of Flue gas?

The wall HTC values is for the Kadhai and other walls are treated as adiabatic?

expected outputs are to calculate -
1) flue gas outlet temp.
2) Heat transfer wall temprature.

heat transfer wall is curved surface of the geometry on which kadhai will be placed. and yes other walls are treated as adiabatic

whether i should make on radiation model as well? if yes which model should be used? For more clarification the image attached is showing only vessel carrying flue gas and kadhai is to be placed on the curved surface(heat transfer wall) shown.

This is not same as per your problem, but might be it helps you. In this optimization of air curtain hood is determined having oil fumes vapor using ANSYS CFX.
