f you can't log in using your normal username/email address and password, it is possible that you have either entered wrong username or wrong password.

To get username :

To get the username, click on “forgot your username” link. Use any of the below method to send the request.

Method 1: Click on login and then on “forgot your username” link





Method 2: Click on My Account and then on “forgot your username” link





You will be prompted to enter the email address. Username information will be sent to your email address.

To get password :

To get the password, click on “forgot your password” link. Use any of the below method to send the request.

Method 1: Click on login and then on “forgot your password” link





Method 2: Click on My Account and then on “forgot your password” link




You will be prompted to enter the email address. A verification code will be sent to you. Once you received the verification code, you will be able to choose a new password for your account. Follow the link received in email to reset your password. Make sure that you have correct username available with you.

If you aren't able to reset your password, please make sure you are using one of our recommended browsers and that your browser is up to date. Please read the instructions given in “hardware and software required” FAQ in general FAQ section above.

If you didn't receive the password reset email, please:

Double-check the email address that you entered. If you use multiple email accounts, make sure that the email address you entered is the one associated with your LearnCAx account.
Check to make sure that the email didn't go to your Spam folder.
If you typed the correct address and the email isn't in your Spam folder, you might have mistyped your email address when you signed up with LearnCAx (this is probably the case if you haven't been getting any other email notifications from us). If you think you might have mistyped your email address, please contact us for more help using “Ask a new question” feature below.
If you received the password reset email, but encountered a message indicating that the reset request expired, please request another reset link. The link expires after approximately 24 hours, so please be sure to check your email and follow up on the new link within that time frame!

If you requested the link just a few minutes ago, but still receive the "expired" message, please clear your browser's cookies and cache before requesting another link.
